Sometimes I feel as a hairdresser, that I am a doctor for damaged hair. Being in Florida, where the sun beams down on my clients' heads constantly, I see a lot of damage. To use this product, you need to apply a small amount into your hair after shampooing and drying quickly with a towel. Make sure your hair is not too wet as it will block the proteins from penetrating the hair shaft. Leave it in for 5 minutes.
