Pre-tipped hair extensions are sold with a small amount of glue already attached to one end of the hair extension. These are attached using a special applicator.
Ring X is said to be a relatively new method of attachment. Small metallic rings are pre-installed at one end of the hair extensions. A special tool is then used to attach these metallic rings to your natural hair.
Remember: The clip-on technique is something that you can do by yourself without possibly damaging your hair or your hair extension. For the rest of the methods though, it's ideal that you leave the job to a professional hairdresser.
