How To Get Sexy Arms With Proper Nutrition If You Workout In The Morning

Basic nutrition for getting sexy arms is not too hard to follow. And if you ignore all the marketing hype and fads, it's relatively simple to understand.

However, there are certain situations when basic nutrition just won't do-some advanced techniques are called for.

Working out early in the day is one example here. Since your body has been starving all night, proper nutrition with precision is mandatory.

So here is your early morning nutrition guide for getting rid of fat arms:

1. First priority is to drink. Water, not booze! You are severely dehydrated when you wake up whether you feel it or not. So drink at least 2 cups of water immediately-do this before anything else. You also need to rehydrate or else you won't be able to digest breakfast.

2. Exercising 3 hours after rising. You can go ahead and have a full breakfast here. Make sure it's balanced, though. Include a protein, carbohydrate, fat and vegetable source. Doing so will maximize the amount of nutrients going to your active tissues before working out.

3. Exercising 1 hour after rising. Two slices of whole grain bread with any type of nut butter should do. You could use almond butter, peanut butter, or my favorite, sunflower seed butter. Just make sure that your bread doesn't have added sugar.

4. Exercising 10 minutes after rising. You are going to need some liquid or gel-like carbohydrates here. You could have a supplement like power gel for Gu. Or you could make your own shake with maltodextrin or dextrose and casein protein. It's essential you have fast digesting carbs before exercising so that you don't black out. Blacking out is not worth it no matter how badly you want sexy arms!

I understand that you may have a very hectic and "tight" schedule. However, I strongly recommend against working out 10 minutes upon waking up. It's extremely difficult for the female body to digest any type of food or supplement within such a short time frame. You're likely to burn through a lot of muscle if you do this. Not good if you want to get rid of arm fat and get sexy arms!
