The answer to these questions will determine the success or failure of your fitness plan.

Trimming body fat off your body requires one simple thing: a caloric deficit. This means you must consume less calories than you burn at all times. This is a fitness law that supersedes all other fitness laws. In order to do this consistently over time you must have a rock solid and time tested fitness plan to follow. This may be the most important step you make because you must make sure the actions you take will ultimately lead you to the body you desire.
