If you're looking to get all you can out of your body wrap experience than this is the article for you. In this article we're going to explore the types of ingredients you should use, easy wrapping methods, and how to set yourself up to have fun while experimenting with body wraps. By the end of this article you should have a foundation about how to go about creating the best body wrap possible.
To start with you should set a time and date to have your body wrap experience. Many people find that it's easiest if you can have some time by yourself without your spouse or loved ones around to disturb your alone time. The next step is to gather all the necessary ingredients. To start with you should go with a clay base possibly; bentonite, french green, red, or sea clay. A good sea salt will also help detoxify your body, and adding an herb essence will help as well. You'll also want to pick up some ace bandages to wrap yourself with and some long johns.
Next you'll want to boil about a half gallon of water. While your water is boiling you can set the mood in the area where you want to have your body wrap. I suggest doing it in your bathtub or outside on your patio as mud based body wraps can get messy sometimes. I enjoy lighting some good smelling candles and playing some relaxing music. I suggest something similar to sounds of the ocean, or some other type of relaxing music.
When the water is boiling it's time to stir in the ingredients. I'd add the sea salt, and the herb essence and mix it in until the individual salt particles are dissolved. Next add the ace bandages or long johns and soak them for a minute. While you're doing this start applying the clay to your body and then put on the wraps. Now enjoy the experience for 45 minutes to an hour and relax or exercise if you're doing an inch loss type body wrap.
A few more tips to remember are: always consult your physician before applying anything to your body, also allergy test yourself before starting this process. During the body wrap be sure to hydrate with lots of clean and clear water. Now that you know my secret body wrapping process I hope you enjoy it and achieve the results you're looking for.
